This year was another great ammonia training safety day and we were glad for the participation again from EPA. Jodi Harper presented this year on “Recent Findings in EPA Inspections”. Jodi started at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in 2008, where her work focuses on outreach, compliance assistance, and enforcement of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Program and General Duty Clause, and spill and chemical inventory reporting under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. She presents often to industry audiences in the ammonia refrigeration, ethanol, and agricultural sectors. Jodi also co-chairs the Region 7 LEPC Emergency Planning & Response Conference planning committee, which she has served on for the past 10 years. Jodi’s undergraduate and graduate programs were in Biological Systems Engineering at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. You can download her presentation at this link.
